In this contract, "ytGuru" (hereinafter referred to as the COMPANY), which is the resident Mebigo application & project, on the one hand, and the resident "Application Purchasers, Application Users" (hereinafter referred to as the USER in this contract), on the other hand, have agreed on the following conditions.
THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of the contract is the terms and conditions of use, which will ensure that the information and document given to the Company by the USER, within the program and panel within the scope of the YtGuru project, which is clearly stated to contain the disclosed confidentiality, is not disclosed to any 3rd real and/or legal person unless the COMPANY's approval is obtained. and determining conditions.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
The USER shall not hold the Company and the application used responsible for any element or use of data that may arise from the information he/she shares.
The USER undertakes to provide the Company with all necessary information and documents within the scope of the YtGuru project.
The information, documents, user data, address, telephone and other information and documents related to the application, program and panel mentioned in this agreement are confidential, and therefore, these information and documents are in no way permitted by third parties without the consent of the Company. and/or legal persons and organizations, except for their working purposes.
The USER accepts and undertakes to use the application in accordance with the laws of the country in which it is located.
The COMPANY accepts and undertakes to store the disclosed information as confidential information securely and not to disclose it to third real and/or legal persons and organizations other than for working and development purposes.

DURATION
Obligation to comply with the confidentiality, which is the subject of this agreement, starts with the active use of the application, program and panel by the USER and will continue until the end of its use.
GENERAL TERMS OF USE & INFORMATION
The company does not provide any institution as a guarantee or guarantee that it will keep any collected data uninterruptedly and without loss during the application usage period, before and after.
The company does not accept the responsibility of sharing the collected information in case of a possible illegal situation and security weakness.
The information collected by the Company will be used in YtGuru and Mebigo applications in order to develop its own applications.
Our Service CANNOT be used to hack or attack any computer, device, server or computer network.
Our service CANNOT be used for viewing or port scanning of other computers, devices, servers, or computer networks.
Our Service CANNOT be used to distribute various viruses, trojans, worms, or malicious or malicious software.
Our Service CANNOT be used to support or promote any criminal activity.
Login Information and Time Zones (login, registration, logout, last session, location, ip address, device variable information, etc.)

We reserve the right to terminate your account without notice or refund if we receive any complaints from companies or users that illegal activities are being carried out through your account.
Exploiting errors or cheating etc. in the YtGuru application or other applications of the Company. We reserve the right to terminate your account(s) without notice or refund if you do business.
If you use more than 3 accounts in the YtGuru application or other applications of the Company, we reserve the right to terminate your accounts without notice or refund.
We reserve the right to stop the service without notice. The refund will only be valid for the service purchased after the service termination date, unless there is any doubt.
Users have the right to return in-app purchases and subscriptions within the scope of the service, up to 30 minutes after purchase. We reserve the right not to receive a refund if it exceeds 30 minutes.
YtGuru application and the COMPANY do not offer continuity and uninterrupted connection guarantee / commitment in the use of the application.
The COMPANY reserves the right to change all agreements (Confidentiality, Usage Rights, etc.) related to it. It has the right to process / change the contracts.
The COMPANY has no obligation to keep all the data collected, including the user data of the application. The COMPANY is not responsible for possible technical data loss or connection problems.
The USER accepts and undertakes to act in accordance with YouTube policies during the process of using the application. We reserve the right to terminate your accounts without notice or refund if you do not comply.
The USER is deemed to have accepted this / related agreement after any of the login / login / registration processes is provided.
